I highly recommend joining Facebook groups specifically for Shelties. If you are willing to travel to central or eastern United States, they seem to have more Sheltie pups than the west coast. We love Rhonda Burrows of R Hearts Desire in Texas and Amy Burnette of My Aurora Shelties in Georgia.
